After submission of many color samples to the owner we started to do our work. The material that was used for those closets was maple veneer with a gorgeous white wash and satin lacquer finish.
The height of our custom cabinets was 9 feet. In order to make our work neat and professional, we used fillers on every end of each wall including the ceiling. Since those custom cabinets were large in size and we had very limited space to deal with on the staircase, all of our units had to be assembled upstairs in one of the bedrooms.
Few cut outs were provided for electrical outlets and light switches. The coat hanging rods had polished chrome finish. In this project we did not use any hardware such as knobs/pulls of the drawers.
As a solution, we routered cut outs in the drawer fronts. To have such large closets is everyone’s dream.
